This coach is in very good overall condition. Prior to our purchase in October 2021, samples of engine oil and coolant were collected and sent to JG Lubricant Services, Plainfield Indiana, for analysis to determine overall engine wear and health. Both reports (available) showed no abnormal levels of metals or other contaminants in the fluids. The engine starts easily, the coach steers well, and shifts fine. The air suspension works well and gives a smooth ride. Both ACs have silencer kits and are much quieter than the stock units. The Aquahot diesel-fired system works well and automatically turns on when the outside temperature is near freezing and provides heat for the coach and to all underfloor compartments. In addition to Aquahot, there are electric baseboard heaters throughout. An InstaHot kitchen faucet provides on-demand hot water. The generator starts easily and provides enough power to run all ACs, appliances, and devices in the coach. The tank level monitors all work.
All five awnings are original and extend and retract properly. The automatic step was recently rebuilt in 2025 and works well. The automatic leveling system works well. The dash AC does not cool. The Fantastic Fan cover was accidentally left open and rain caused some damage to the flooring.
The coach has extensive records and manuals including maintenance performed in the last 10 years.

We have lived on the road in this coach 4.5 years. It has been an amazing experience and we have had some challenges. There will be things that go wrong on a thirty year old coach, however they are opportunities to improve overall function of the bus. So for example, two experiences with air leaks resulted in a coach that airs up in 3.5 minutes, that’s to 125lbs pressure in front and back. This bus is ready to travel, last oil change and service done at Coachcraft in Columbus GA in October 2024. There has been no significant travel since then, 17.5k generator runs smooth, pics show bottom shots of S-60 taken as we changed oil pan gasket. Bus serviced at Coachcraft annually and questions about this coach can be addressed to John Boy, (706-366-1992) at Coachcraft. Call 814-594-5964 if you have questions.
