You are invited to join us for the Vintage Birds 2025 Rally and Annual Business Meeting in Bowling Green, Ky. We have reserved 35 sites at the Bowling Green KOA Holiday, a premier RV Resort in the area.
The official start date is Sunday October 12, 2025. Our first event will be a meet and greet in the Convention Center at 5pm. Please bring a appetizer and your drinks. The Convention Center meeting room will be ours for the week of the Rally for meals, meetings and gatherings.
Check out date is Saturday October 18, 2025. The last planned event will be supper on Saturday evening the 17th. You are welcome to stay another day or hit the road for Pine Mountain. PM is 400+- miles drive from Bowling Green; a full day driving for most of us or a leisurely 2 day drive.
Reservations: When you call the Reservation Desk 270 843-1919 let them know you are with the Vintage Birds. The RV park have reserved 35 sites for us with different price points and amenities. Please review the park map and list of sites to familiar yourself with your options. We will receive a 10% group discount on camping sites, or you can use your KOA membership discount which ever your prefer; total discount for our stay is 10%.

Cabins Rentals: Cabins are available for rent on a first come first serve basis. Make your reservation early.

Rally fee is $150.
I highly encourage early registrations! If we fill up our 35 sites early, the resort will hold additional sites for us if available. If you can't attend and call me before the Rally (Gary 608-739-1296) to let me know, I will make sure you will receive a refund for the VB fees paid.
